Citizens Bank Park is a 43,647-seat baseball park in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and home of the Philadelphia Phillies. Citizens Bank Park opened on April 3, 2004 and hosted its first major league baseball game on April 12 of the same year, with the Phillies losing to the Cincinnati Reds, 4–1. The ballpark was built to replace the now-demolished Veterans Stadium.

Notable Events

June 14, 2004, former Phillies first baseman Jim Thome hit his 400th career home run.

September 14, 2005, Andruw Jones of the Atlanta Braves hit his 300th career home run

July 15, 2007, The Phillies lost their 10,000th regular-season game in their history
losing to the St. Louis Cardinals, 10–2. They became the first MLB team to reach this mark.

October 25, 2008, The stadium hosted its first World Series game with the Phillies defeating the Tampa Bay Rays, 5–4 in Game 3.

Wrigley Field Was built in 1914 by Charlie Weeghman for $250,000. The stadium was built to house his baseball team, the Chicago Federals (a.k.a. the Chi-Feds and, later, as the Whales) of the brand-new Federal League, which was challenging the established major leagues. The Federal League folded after only two years, so Weeghman and a group of men including Willam Wrigley, Jr., purchased the Cubs of the National League. The stadium name actually did not become Wrigley field until 1926, this happened after William Wrigley Jr brought out Mr. Weeghman and the other owners of the team.The outfield bleachers went up in 1937 and the scoreboard was constructed the same year by Bill Veeck. The scoreboard is still manually operated to this very day.

Turner Field is a ball park in Atlanta Georgia, home to Major Leagues Baseball's Atlanta Braves. Turner Field was first built as Centennial Olympic Stadium. After the Olympics, the stadium was turned into a baseball park to serve as the new home to the Atlanta Braves. The ball park was built across the street from the former home of the braves, Atlanta-Fulton County Stadium.

Shea Stadium is the home of Major League Baseball's New York Mets. The Stadium is located in the borough of queens, in the City of New York. Shea Stadium opened on April !7,1964 and closed on September 28,2008. The Stadium has hosted events from baseball, football(Jets home games), soccer, and musical concerts(The Beatles). A new Stadium called Citi Field will replace Shea Stadium, it was built ajacent to the now demolished Shea Stadium.

The stadium reopened in 1976 and closed again in 2008. Yankee Stadium has a long 85 year history of events that range from baseball to football and boxing.
